We want you to be satisfied with your programme choice. This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures.
Refund Eligibility
Refundable Programmes
- 2-Week Reset (£45): Full refund within 7 days of enrolment
- 4-Week Challenge (£120): Full refund within 7 days; partial refund (50%) if cancelled within 14 days of start
- 12-Week Mastery (£320): Full refund within 7 days; prorated refund for unused weeks after programme starts
Discovery Sessions
Free sessions are non-refundable. No-show policy: If you miss a booked session without 24-hour notice, the slot cannot be rebooked free of charge.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@puremobility.world with your request and order details
- Specify your reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed or substantially used programme materials
- Services already rendered (guidance sessions attended)
- Add-ons or optional services purchased separately
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your programme:

- Provide your name, order number, and reason for cancellation
- Confirm whether you are requesting a refund
- We will send a cancellation confirmation and refund details
Pause vs. Cancellation
If you need a temporary break, consider pausing your programme rather than cancelling. Contact us to discuss options—we can often defer access or extend your timeline without refund.
Payment Issues
If your payment was declined or duplicated:
- Contact us immediately with transaction details
- We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days
- Duplicate charges will be refunded in full
Programme Changes or Discontinuation
If we discontinue or substantially change a programme before your scheduled start, we will offer:
- Full refund, or
- Transfer to an equivalent alternative programme at no additional cost
Consumer Rights
You have statutory consumer rights under UK and GDPR law. This policy does not limit your legal rights. If you have complaints, contact us first; if unresolved, you may escalate to relevant regulatory bodies.
